14TH ANNUAL “MIDNIGHT MADNESS” Details

TOURNAMENT IS OPEN TO MEN’S & WOMEN'S.  

 

  • Tournament Fee:  Men's ($450) & Women's ($350).  Tournament fee includes umpire fee.
  • 3-game guarantee (All Bracket Play).  Teams losing their first two games will drop down to a Lower Championship Single Elimination bracket. ONLY UPPER DIVISION CHAMPIONS WILL RECEIVE RINGS FOR THIS TOURNAMENT.
  • Taking the first 24 paid Men’s teams and 6 paid Women's teams (minimum 6 teams needed).
  • The deadline to register is Tuesday, July 22nd, 2026 AT 4PM.  Sign up early as the Men's Division fills up ever year!!
  • The Dugout Bar will be open for this event. 6PM-12AM.  DJ will be spinning from 7pm - Midnight. There will be no loud music in the parking lot between 10pm-10am. ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE BANDS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! TEAM ASSOCIATED WITH BAND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TOURAMENT WITH THE BAND!
  • Gate fee is $10.00 for all players and spectators.  Children 12&under are FREE. Entry gate will open at 6pm. Parking Lot will be open to set up at 3pm.
  • Blind draw will be held on Friday, July 24th at 10:00pm, next to the Tournament Headquarters.  All teams must be ready to play their first game at midnight.
  • Pitching Contest on Friday, July 24th will begin at 7:00pm.  $20/participant. (MIN 6/ MAX 15).
  • Homerun Derby Contest on Friday, July 24th will begin right after the pitching contest at roughly 8:00pm. $20/participant. (max 20) CASH PRIZE!

Game schedule

Blind draw to determine team placement in bracket will be held on Friday, July 25th at 11:00pm next to the Tournament Headquarters.  All teams must be ready to play their first game at 12:00 Midnight (saturday am)

Rules & Regulations

  • 2025 ADULT TOURNAMENTS
  • The following rules are designed to conserve time and eliminate confusion.
    Please follow them, as they WILL be enforced.

    • The tournament Directors decisions are final.  - Brooke Johnston can be found in tournament office where all payments will be made by teams 2nd game.
    • Play with the team you came with. (U.S.A. Rules apply) No team jumping.  If you are team jumping, you will automatically be ejected from the tournament along with the coach of the team you jumped to and are playing for.
    • Umpires have Official Time. Teams are responsible for verifying start/end time of game at start.
    • Game time is forfeit time. No new inning will start after 50 minutes.  Time limit is 55 minutes. NO TIES!
    • Teams must be at field ready to play 15 minutes prior to scheduled game time. Coin flip will determine the home team.  In championship game, the undefeated team will be the home team.
    • Run rule: 20 after 4 innings, and 15 after 5 innings including championship game.
    • Ties: NO TIES! After time expires or 7 innings the game will immediately go into the tie-breaker system, the LAST BATTER will be placed on second base.  This will continue until winner is decided.
    • Batters begin with a 1 ball and 1 strike count. NO EXTRA FOUL.
    • Strike will consist of a mat and will be 6-to-12-foot arc.
    • Home Runs – 2 Homer Runs per game/team. (New this year- $20 wristband/unlimited homeruns (one per team).  Each game will be given a new ball to start the game and 3 used. Balls will be team responsibilities after those are gone. BALLS Must be ASA BALL WITH MAX CORE AT 300/52 (ONLY). No USSSA OR SENIOR BALLS ARE ALLOWED!
    • MEN’S - One courtesy runner per inning PLUS THE PITCHER.
    • Teams may start a game with 8 players. Only 2 additional players can be placed at the bottom of the lineup if the team has already batter around.  12 players max can be batted in lineup.
    • No steel cleats. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OR EJECTION.
    • Any team that causes a disruption to the tournament/Umpires/staff will be removed from the tournament and asked to leave the facility per Directors discretion.   2 OR PLAYERS EJECTED FROM A TEAM WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT AND TEAMS REMOVAL FROM THE TOURNAMENT.
    • All bats must meet current U.S.A. approval and / or tourney restrictions. (No USSS/ Senior Bats)
    • In the event of weather delays a one pitch rule will be enforced to remedy schedule conflicts.
    • All other rules are U.S.A. All other questions are covered by Rule #1.
