Coach Ed Gasper – California Storm

 With 30 years of softball experience, Coach Gasper will take on a lead role in recruitment, facilitate camps and clinics, oversee pitching development, administer lessons, and assist in coaching our 14U team.

Assistant Softball Coach and Pitching Coach at Cal State Monterey Bay (2021–2024)

Softball Coach at Merced College (2017–2018)

Head Coach at El Capitan High School (2013–2017)

Travel Ball Coach (2010–2017)

2002North America Invitational Association (NAIA) World Series Champion

Inducted into the NAFA Hall of Fame (2013)

Winner of 12 National Men’s Fastpitch Titles (2002–2023)

Helped lead Cal State University Monterey Bay Softball to a Regional Appearance in 2023

Coach Gasper is a master of pitching mechanics and ball spin, having taught players from all age groups, ranging from 10U to the collegiate level in group and one on one setting . He is also a renowned men’s fastpitch pitcher, respected for his skill and expertise in the sport.
