Art Davilla's Experience

Coach Art Davila – California Storm 16U (Troy)

Coach Art Davila brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the California Storm 16U Troy.  He will be an Assistant Coach this upcoming Summer 2025 season. With a strong background in both baseball and softball, he has dedicated over two decades to developing student-athletes at the high school level.

Art began his coaching career in high school baseball, serving as an assistant coach from 1993 to 2000. His passion for the game and commitment to his players led to a head coaching role for the freshman team at North Salinas High School, where he later advanced to Head Junior Varsity Coach from 2004 to 2010.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Art played a key role in launching the softball program at Rancho San Juan High School, serving as the Head Junior Varsity Coach. His impact in the sport continued as he took on the same role at North Monterey County High School for the past two seasons. His leadership and success were recently recognized with a promotion to Head Varsity Softball Coach at North Monterey County High School for the upcoming 2025 season.

Coach Davila is passionate about mentoring young athletes and is excited to continue building strong, competitive teams with the California Storm organization.
